Janelle was absolutely amazing to work with! She has a no pressure sales approach that sets her above the rest. She's easy going and always on the ball. Their customer service is top-notch and we would highly recommend them for all of your insurance and real estate needs!

I am very happy with the house I bought with their help, but I am still continuing to have bat issues and have poured a lot more money into the bat issues than I was aware of. I feel like our real estate agent could have fought for us better but in the long term I was too naive and trusting to stand up for myself. I am split between being grateful to them for helping me find my house but also angry at being stuck with a huge problem that never seems to go away.

We are happy with the insurances we have through Lenz and love the home we found with Janelles help. 5 Stars!!
